When a device says No Atomizer, Check Atomizer, or simply refuses to recognize a pod, the electrical connection is incomplete or outside the range the device accepts.
Turn it off and dry the contacts
Remove the pod and wipe its metal contacts and the accessible contacts inside the device. A small amount of condensation can interrupt the connection. Use a dry swab and do not pour cleaner into the pod chamber.
Let everything dry before reinstalling it.
Reseat the coil
If the pod uses a removable coil, confirm that it is pushed or screwed fully into place. Check its seals for damage. A coil sitting slightly proud of the pod base may prevent the pod from reaching the device contacts.
Confirm compatibility
Match the full device generation, pod family, and coil code. Similar product names and identical resistance numbers do not guarantee a fit. Never force a cartridge into place or modify its contacts.
Use a second compatible pod
A known-good pod is the fastest way to isolate the failure. If the second pod works, replace the first pod or coil. If neither works, the device contacts, software, or internal electronics may be responsible.
For a tank device, the same test can be performed only with atomizers that the manufacturer lists as supported.
Watch for unstable resistance
A reading that jumps significantly can indicate a loose connection or damaged coil. Stop using the setup, allow it to cool, and reseat the parts. Do not raise power to compensate.
When support is the right move
Do not pry up spring-loaded pins, open the battery housing, or insert metal tools into the device. If clean contacts and a verified compatible pod do not solve the problem, use the warranty or manufacturer support.
